By accessing Arthur king grill (the "Service") operated by Worker Hub, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Use of the service

• Admin accounts may manage member approval, membership fees, and access expiry only for their organisation.
• Worker accounts may view and manage their own rota, hours, reminders, and assigned payments.
• You must keep login credentials confidential and notify your administrator of unauthorised access.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of hours logged, payment records, and reminder details you enter. PDF payslips and work-hour statements are generated from data in the system; your organisation remains responsible for payroll and contractual obligations.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worker Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by your organisation for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the Service is provided without charge.

Changes
